AP Estate Agents was formed by Adrian Potts in May 2022.
Adrian Potts - Director
Adrian has lived in Hailsham all of his life, he therefore has an excellent knowledge of the area and has formed valuable networks with local professionals and businesses who can also assist client’s needs.
Having worked in a sales environment throughout his career, Adrian has gained a strong and successful background in selling. However, it is true to say that Adrian found his passion when he started to sell properties. Working within the industry for 15 years, within a number of well known independent and corporate estate agencies in the area, he has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge of the housing market across East Sussex. Valuing and selling a vast array of properties in the area; from flats and retirement apartments, to the large country estates, and everything in between.
Adrian’s other passion is providing excellent customer service, having supported hundreds of vendors and purchasers through the property selling and buying process. Ensuring at all times that the client’s best interests are always kept in mind.
In 2022 Adrian decided to take the bold leap of setting up his own estate agency business, wanting to bring together all of the skills, training, experience and knowledge he has gained from previous roles into creating his own business. But also taking a look at how things can be done differently, to create a more successful way of delivering an estate agency service.
In Adrian’s spare time, he is a keen motorcyclist, tennis and snooker player. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as finds pleasure in being in the beautiful Sussex countryside with his horses and dog.

Property Redress Scheme
In addition to the above I am member of the Property Redress (PRS). All property agents and professionals carrying out estate, lettings and property management work in the property industry have a legal responsibility to join an authorised redress scheme and signpost this to their customer.
PRS membership gives you peace of mind that a complaint can be resolved by an independent third party who have experience in dealing with consumer complaints.
